Healthcare Multi-Platform System

Worked on a large-scale healthcare platform consisting of patient-facing applications, internal hospital systems, microservices, and data pipelines. Designed and built the GERACAOPAGAMENTOS payment link microservice using NestJS with a state machine for payment lifecycle (pending → processing → confirmed → failed), idempotency keys, and retry layers with exponential backoff. Also built automated ETL pipelines with BigQuery and PowerBI dashboards, replacing multi-day manual data cycles with fully automated runs.

• 01.Designed and built GERACAOPAGAMENTOS payment microservice with NestJS — generated over R$6M revenue in under 4 months with zero silent failures
• 02.Implemented payment state machine with idempotency keys and exponential backoff retry for bank API integrations (PIX)
